Education in Dentistry

A dental school (or dental college) is a tertiary educational institution—or part of such an institution—that teaches dentistry. Upon successful completion, the graduate receives a degree in Dentistry, which, depending upon the jurisdiction, might be a bachelor's degree, master's degree, a professional degree, or a doctorate. Schools can also offer postgraduate training in general dentistry, and/or training in endodontics,oral surgery, dental pathology, dental radiography, orthodontics, pedodontics, periodontics, prosthodontics, or dental public health.

UM is highly reputable for it's quality graduates,hence it is strongly recommended here.Therefore,you must obtained excellent results to place yourself in the faculty of dentistry of UM.You can apply for enrolment after you finish your SPTM,Matriculation Studies or either Asasi.UM is recently ranked as the top 200 universities in the world.(source:TIMES HIGHER EDUCATION).






LOCAL PRIVATE UNIVERSITY / COLLEGE

If you fail to enter public university in the course of dentistry,do not feel upset.The competition is ultimately stiff and not many can get a place there.Or if you are interested in a better study environment provided by local private universities or colleges,you can consider to study any of these institutes listed below:
